3. Payments & Fees

 

All fees must be paid in full according to the terms agreed upon at booking or in a written agreement.

 

Failure to submit timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

 

4. Refunds & Cancellations

 

All refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and payment disputes are governed exclusively by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

 

Key terms include:

 

All sales are final once services begin

 

Completed sessions are non-refundable

 

Packages, retainers, and prepaid services are non-refundable after commencement

 

Missed or late-canceled sessions are forfeited

 

No refunds are issued based on dissatisfaction with results

5. No Guarantees

 

Consulting services involve professional recommendations and strategic guidance. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, profitability, performance, or results.

 

Success depends on factors including client execution, market conditions, and operational decisions outside the Consultant’s control.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients agree to:

 

Provide accurate and complete information

 

Respond in a timely manner

 

Implement recommendations at their own discretion

 

Maintain responsibility for business decisions and outcomes

 

 

The Consultant is not responsible for results arising from incomplete information or failure to implement recommendations.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All materials, frameworks, documents, methodologies, and content provided during consulting engagements remain the intellectual property of the Consultant, unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

Clients may use materials internally but may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or repurpose them without written permission.

 

8. Confidentiality

 

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information shared during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

 

This obligation aligns with the confidentiality provisions outlined in the Privacy Policy.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 

The Consultant shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

 

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services rendered

 

 

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.

 

10. Indemnification

 

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Consultant from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

 

Client business decisions

 

Misuse of consulting advice

 

Failure to comply with applicable laws
