Cancellation Policy
All new clients start with a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your needs and determine the best service fit. Engagement Process 1. Proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing 2. Simple service agreement to review and sign 3. Work begins after agreement is signed and payment received Payment Terms **Project Services:** - 50% deposit upon signing - 50% upon completion - Accepted: check, bank transfer, credit cards **Monthly Retainer:** - Billed on the 1st of each month - 7 days notice required for cancellation ### Cancellation & Refunds **Projects:** - Before work starts: Full refund minus $100 fee - After work starts: Refund based on unused hours - You receive all completed work **Retainer:** - 7 days written notice required - Current month billed in full - Unused hours don't roll over ### What You Can Expect - Clear communication throughout - Deliverables as specified in agreement - One round of revisions included - Professional, timely responses What I Need From You - Access to necessary data and team members - Availability for scheduled meetings - Prompt feedback on deliverables Confidentiality All client information is kept strictly confidential.
